The lawsuit against Diddy alleges that the music mogul sexually assaulted a man who worked for him.
The accuser, a former male employee, has taken legal action, claiming that Diddy engaged in inappropriate behavior that constituted sexual assault.
Sean “Diddy” Combs, the renowned music producer and businessman, faces a lawsuit from former employee Rodney “Lil Rod” Jones, alleging sexual assault.
Jones, who worked for Combs as a producer and videographer from September 2022 to November 2023, claims repeated sexual assaults, harassment, and coercion into engaging with sex workers.
The lawsuit also accuses Combs of failing to compensate Jones for his music producing work, drugging party guests with laced alcoholic beverages, and threatening him.
Jones’ allegations include Combs groping his genitals and anus, and parading naked in front of him. The lawsuit also mentions an incident involving gunfire after a heated argument between Combs and his son Justin at an L.A. recording studio, which Jones was told to lie about to the police.
Additionally, Jones alleges that Combs is responsible for a sexual assault he experienced by actor Cuba Gooding Jr. on a yacht rented by Combs. Gooding Jr. has not publicly commented on the complaint and is not named as a defendant in the lawsuit.
Combs’ attorney, Shawn Holley, has denied the allegations, calling Jones “a liar” and stating they have “overwhelming, indisputable proof” that the claims are false.
Holley also mentioned that two women identified as minors in the lawsuit have come forward to clarify that they are, in fact, adults.
This lawsuit is the latest in a series of legal challenges for Combs, who has previously faced accusations from other women, including his former girlfriend Cassie, who alleged rape and abuse. Combs has denied all allegations and settled some lawsuits amicably.
Jones seeks $30 million in damages, and his attorney, Tyrone Blackburn, indicates they filed the lawsuit due to a refusal to negotiate on the other side.
